IT Consulting

Independent IT advice you can act on with confidence

We provide independent, evidence based IT advisory for enterprise organisations in Ghana and Nigeria, and for government institutions in Ghana. Our advice is measured by the outcomes it delivers, not by the size of the recommendation, and grounded in firsthand experience of how technology actually performs in this market.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

What does independent IT consulting mean?
Independent means the advice is not tied to any product we sell. Hankaka does not earn margin on the hardware or software we recommend, so an assessment can conclude that your current platform is adequate, which a vendor led advisor rarely will.
What kinds of engagements do you take on?
Infrastructure and network assessments, IT strategy and roadmaps, vendor and solution selection, service design and governance, and independent review of projects that are already underway.
Do you resell hardware or software?
We procure equipment for clients when it is part of a delivery project, but our advisory work is deliberately separated from any reseller margin. Where a recommendation involves purchase, we say what the options are and what each costs.
How long does an infrastructure assessment take?
A focused assessment of a single site or domain typically runs two to four weeks from kick off to report. Multi site or multi country reviews take longer and are scoped before we start, so the timeline is agreed rather than discovered.
Do you work with government and public sector organisations in Ghana?
Yes. Independent, evidence based advice is particularly valuable in public ICT projects, where procurement rules require a documented, defensible basis for technology decisions. Our public sector work is Ghanaian; in Nigeria we advise enterprise clients.
Which countries do you advise in?
Ghana and Nigeria are our core advisory markets, with delivery capability extending to Togo and Benin. Engagements are run from Accra and Lagos.
