The challenge
A bilateral development agency needed reliable network infrastructure for its facility — a properly designed, installed and documented network rather than an ad-hoc set-up, built to support day-to-day operations dependably in local conditions, including power instability.
What we did
We handled the network infrastructure end to end: structured cabling to 25 network points across the floor, switching and full wireless coverage, a secure local network, and a tidy server room with UPS and power protection appropriate to the environment. The layout was designed for resilience and for straightforward future support.
How we delivered
The work was surveyed, installed and tested, with certified (Fluke) cable testing to prove each run, and signed off through user acceptance testing at handover. It was documented and handed over with everything the client needs to run and extend it — labelled cabling, a clear layout, and a defined point of contact for ongoing support.
The outcome
The agency received a documented, dependable network foundation from a single local partner — 25 points across one floor, full Wi-Fi coverage and 98% measured uptime, certified at handover and accepted through UAT — with the option of ongoing support from the same team that built it.
