Closing the gap between IT strategy and reliable delivery
Hankaka Technologies was founded on a simple observation: in Ghana and Nigeria, the gap between good IT strategy and reliable IT delivery was wide. Organisations could buy hardware, software, and ambitious plans, but struggled to find a partner who would arrive quickly, work to a defined standard, and follow through to resolution.
The firm set out to close that gap with discipline rather than promises. From the start, we built certified teams, adopted ITIL-aligned processes, and treated documentation and accountability as core to the service, not afterthoughts.
As that reputation grew, so did the work. Enterprises and government bodies brought us into their critical operations, and global technology firms, operating in markets where they held no direct presence, engaged us as their last-mile delivery partner. Today the firm operates from Accra and Lagos, supporting clients across Ghana, Nigeria, and the wider region.
The mission has not changed. We continue to invest in certified talent and structured operations, with one aim: to be the most dependable IT delivery partner in West Africa.
